In Sedona, Brittany and Clayton’s elopement started at a super cute Airbnb. It was the perfect way to set the stage for a day filled with love, laughter, and special moments.

They ordered a big charcuterie board to snack on as they got ready. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as they wrote their vows in the Airbnb’s backyard. They managed to find the most secluded spot that added an intimate touch to their promises.

They opted to have a first look, and it was absolutely beautiful. Packed up and ready, the couple, along with a couple of family members, headed to the trail. However, plans changed a bit when a large dance group was at their ceremony spot.

THEIR SEDONA SUNSET ELOPEMENT

No worries, though because we discovered a hidden gem with a stunning view. It provided the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt ceremony, beautifully led by Clayton’s stepdad. It was also hidden away from the other group, so they still had privacy for their ceremony.

Following the ceremony, I captured photos with their guests before we headed to another trail for the grand finale—a sunset view of Cathedral Rock. The short hike led them to a spot where Brittany and Clayton shared their first dance, a magical moment beneath the fading sun.

Not only did I capture epic bridal shots but also timeless polaroids. As the sun dipped behind the mountains, the couple took a minute to relax and soak in the breathtaking scenery.

Post-hike, they picked up some pizza and headed back to the Airbnb. The sweet end to the day? A cookie cake topped with an adorable puppy topper, a perfect replica of their furry friends back home. It was so cute!

With pizza in hand and cake on plates, they reminisced on the entirety of their day, flipping through the Polaroids and reliving the best moments that made their elopement so special.

Why did you choose to elope?

“We wanted a private, intimate experience between just us!”

How was your elopement?

“It was magical! It was so emotionally freeing and a day that will forever be special in my heart! Loved starting the day slow with coffee, meditating, journaling, and writing my wedding vows outside at our beautiful Airbnb (soul shack). Clayton started his day slow as well and enjoyed going off for breakfast in the morning and writing his vows. We both loved having batter and bread ( a local) create a large charcuterie board and special cookie wedding cake for us! It was a chill, relaxing day all around!”

Do you have any regrets about your elopement?

“None!”

What advice do you have for future couples looking to elope?

“If you’re considering eloping, just do it! Don’t overthink it. Find someone knowledgeable who can help you and navigate you through the experience, it will make it less stressful and more in ‘the moment'”
